At a young age, Attorney Hatcher was taught "to whom much is given, much will be required", a quote she continues to live by in her adulthood. She has a heart of public service and dedicates her spare time to community outreach. She is a current member and volunteer of the Junior League of Mobile and the South Alabama Volunteer Lawyers Program. When asked why she chose to become an attorney, her answer was simple: "To help those in need".
